Robyn has been practicing Physio for over 35 years in her own practice and for others including the NZ Army and in the hospital system. She has extensive experience in spinal and sports med, with a special interest and post grad qualifications in acupuncture, dry needling, and Manual Handling training, which she has done from Invercargill to Whangarei through some of the largest worksites in NZ. She has also spent many hours assessing work sites as an occupational therapist and delivering manual handling seminars. The upshot of all this experience is that exercise is important for full recovery and moving safely at work is essential for an injury free work life.
Robyn loved the challenge of setting up a clinic close to home in Matakana and is delighted to now have Monique Hatfull practicing alongside.
Formerly from Wellington and a Hurricanes fan Robyn has lived in the Rangitikei and Palmerston North. Past lifestyles include sheep and cattle farming, running a cottage home stay and Jetboating operation and now Robyn is enjoying travel, golf and living in a beautiful part of NZ. She has 3 children Nikki, Scott and Douglas who are all thriving in their respective careers, a gorgeous grandchild and a partner Cameron Duncan.
